Following extensive discussions and a long consultation and negotiation period, Essency Consulting were awarded a major training and consultancy contract with the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) to support their initiatives to improve road asset management practices and system implementation.
Utilising KCCA’s existing RAMS of iRioads (software system provided by TRL Software), Essency specialists provided training and implementation support to over 20 KCCA highways management staff. The outputs from this contract will ensure KCCA can provide smarter asset management decisions and get greater value for money for their customers and road users.
