There’s now just two weeks left to register for our next webinar event which will look at the steps local authorities can take towards connected and automated mobility.
The Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG) has teamed up with Zenzic to deliver this exclusive webinar, which will feature two Commercialising Connected and Automated Mobility (CCAM) Project Leads.
The government’s Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV) have invested £62 million of grant funding into Connected and Automated Mobility (CAM) projects currently underway in the UK, with a further £150 million announced recently in the King’s Speech.
The current projects have a remit to understand the impact of CAM on local communities, roads and infrastructure. Many of the projects have included local authorities in their project consortia as a key piece of this puzzle.
At the heart of these projects, Zenzic performs a valuable support role and continues to champion CCAV’s mission to accelerate the CAM revolution and place the UK at the heart of it.
Panellists include:
- Frances Williamson, Head of Stakeholder Engagement, Zenzic
- Liz St Louis, Director of Smart Cities and Enabling Services, Sunderland City Council
- Laura O’Neill, Digital Transformation Manager, Belfast Harbour
- Paula Claytonsmith, Chief Executive, LCRIG
The discussion, which is taking place on 31 January 2024 at 11am, will allow attendees the opportunity to ask questions, exchange knowledge and begin to understand the pivotal role you they can play in delivering safe and successful deployment and adoption of CAM on the roads in the UK.
