Over 90% of Indoor Exhibition Space Now Booked at the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival 2026

With just five weeks to go until the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival 2026, over 90% of indoor exhibition space has now been booked, as organisations from across highways, transport and road infrastructure technology secure their place at this year’s event.

Taking place on 24–25 June 2026 at NAEC Stoneleigh, the Festival brings together local authorities, industry leaders, suppliers, innovators and apprentices for two days of learning, collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

As the event approaches, exhibitors are already benefiting from extended visibility across LCRIG’s marketing and communications activity in the lead-up to the Festival, helping to raise awareness and drive engagement ahead of the event.

With event materials now being finalised and promotional activity continuing across LCRIG channels, now is the ideal time for organisations to secure one of the remaining spaces and maximise their visibility ahead of the Festival.

 A Highly Engaged Audience

In 2025, the Festival welcomed over 800 delegates from more than 90 highway authorities across England, Scotland and Wales, alongside supply chain organisations, government representatives including the Department for Transport, industry associations, academia and the media.

In 2026, this momentum is expected to continue, with over 90 local authorities anticipated to attend, creating valuable opportunities for exhibitors to engage directly with key decision-makers and sector professionals.

Exhibitors at the Festival have the opportunity to:

  • Connect directly with local authority professionals and decision-makers
  • Showcase products, services and innovations
  • Demonstrate expertise and share insight
  • Build relationships across the sector
  • Be part of discussions shaping the future of highways and transport

Alongside the indoor exhibition, the Festival will feature:

  • CPD-accredited technical training sessions
  • Live demonstrations
  • The TTF Innovation & Learning Tent
  • Apprentice-focused content
  • Networking opportunities across the two-day event
  • The DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards

 Limited Space Remaining

With indoor exhibition space now over 90% sold and strong demand continuing, organisations considering exhibiting are encouraged to book as soon as possible.

Exhibitors booking now will still benefit from inclusion in ongoing pre-event marketing and communications activity ahead of the Festival.
