The Transport Technology Forum (TTF) Live returns to the Leonardo Hotel, Hinkley on 16-18 March 2026, bringing together innovators, local authorities, and industry leaders to explore the latest in intelligent transport solutions.
Companies with proven, commercially available services or rapidly emerging solutions are invited to apply to submit proposals for demonstrations that align with the Department for Transport’s Connected Vehicle Services Framework. Demonstrations will be held on the conference hotel’s perimeter road, giving attendees a clear view of how technology can tackle real-world challenges.
Potential demonstration areas include:
- Safety and Emergency
- Traffic Management
- In-Vehicle Experience and Convenience
- Support for Authorities
- Fleet and Logistics
This live format builds on the success of previous TTF demonstration days at the UTAC Proving Ground in Millbrook, Bedfordshire, where a wide range of connected vehicle solutions were showcased in real world conditions. At TTF Live, more delegates will have the chance to experience these technologies first-hand, making it easier to understand their practical applications.
In addition to the live demos, the conference programme will include:
- Insightful discussions on technology solving road transport challenges
- Updates on government priorities, policies, and funding opportunities
- Examples of best practice in digital solutions, cybersecurity, and collaboration
- Briefings from TTF Interest Groups on their latest work
Fully funded places are available for local authority representatives from across the UK, covering delegate passes, hotel accommodation, catering, and refreshments.
