As part of an ongoing Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), this research aims to develop a data-driven D&I Toolbox designed specifically for the built environment.
While the Roadmap and Toolbox has been developed within large-scale highways construction projects, this session will look beyond those boundaries.
Organisations from across the built environment and related sectors are invited to share their perspectives, challenges, and insights on how these approaches can be adapted for businesses of different sizes, structures, and specialisms.

Belinda joined National Highways in 2016 as Senior Policy Advisor, specialising in embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across the supply chain. With more than 20 years’ experience leading cross organisational EDI initiatives in both the voluntary and public sectors, she brings deep expertise and a collaborative, forward thinking approach.
Dr Jack Daly, Research Associate and Diversity, Inclusion and Performance Lead at University of Leeds
Dr Jack Daly is a Research Associate and Diversity, Inclusion and Performance Lead at the Centre of Employment Relations, Innovation and Change, University of Leeds. His research explores Diversity and Inclusion within male-dominated industries, with a particular focus on how men can act as facilitators or resistors to organisational change.
