LCRIG Continues to Invest in People with New Team Appointments

As LCRIG continues to grow, so does our commitment to supporting both our team, our members and the future of the highways sector. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), investing in people is central to what we do, from creating career opportunities and developing skills to strengthening the support we provide to our membership community.

As part of this ongoing commitment, we’re delighted to welcome Holly Turner as Corporate Membership Administrator and Hannah Bateson as Local Authority Membership Administrator. Their appointments expand our Membership team and reflect our ongoing investment in developing talent while ensuring we continue to deliver excellent support to our growing community.

With Holly and Hannah joining the team, a quarter of our workforce is now undertaking apprenticeships, demonstrating our commitment to developing skills, creating career pathways and investing in future workforce of both LCRIG and the wider highways sector.

Working closely with our members, Holly and Hannah will build strong relationships, respond to enquiries, support events and ensure our corporate and local authority members continue to gain maximum value from their LCRIG membership.

Alongside welcoming our new colleagues, we’re also delighted to celebrate the continued progression of the existing team. Keely Metcalfe, Relationship Manager, has taken on responsibility for leading the Membership team, demonstrating LCRIG’s commitment to developing talent from within and supporting professional growth at every stage of a career.

Investing in People

Keely Metcalfe, Relationship Manager, said:

“I’m excited to have Holly and Hannah on board and look forward to seeing the contribution they will make across our membership community. It’s also fantastic that LCRIG continues to support apprentices within the highways sector. As an apprentice myself, now approaching the end of my apprenticeship, I know first-hand how valuable these opportunities are. Being given the chance to grow, develop and take on a leadership role is something I’m incredibly grateful for, and it reflects the commitment LCRIG has in supporting and investing in its people.”
