We’re pleased to introduce our 2026 Start Up Zone exhibitors for this year’s Innovation & Learning Festival, taking place from 24-25 June at NAEC, Stoneleigh.
These emerging companies will be showcasing the latest innovations in highways, infrastructure, sustainability, and data-driven solutions. Each has been provided with a fully funded place at the event, in line with LCRIG’s commitment as a CIC to give back to the highways community and support and accelerate innovation across the sector.
Meet Our Start-Ups
Trans Humanity
Trans Humanity’s AptIq is the first purpose-built agentic AI platform in the transport sector. It empowers smarter, faster decisions with confidence and control by allowing the user to complete their end-to-end data analysis using natural language – seeing faster decision-making, better decisions and real-world outcomes such as accident reductions.

Atlas Geoinformatics
Atlas OS is an AI-powered hardware & software platform that processes LiDAR and Video to automatically detect, measure, and cost every surface defect, delivering a funded maintenance programme in hours rather than months. Its sensor platform can be vehicle-mounted for carriageway surveys or operated handheld for footways, cycleways, and other areas that traditional survey vehicles can’t reach.

Rhevia
Rhevia is an end-to-end systems integrator. Its platform uses radar sensing technology to understand how people, vehicles, and assets actually move and combines this with contextual data, such as weather, shift schedules, traffic, to create a real-time picture of conditions that affect movement.

Greentech
Greentech’s innovative solution for pothole repair, line removal, and other asphalt-related applications is patented across multiple countries. The technology eliminates oxidation, enabling in-situ repairs and line removal without ageing the asphalt, resulting in longer-lasting outcomes and reduced need for repeat interventions. Developed by founder David Hogg, the concept has been brought to life through an Alpha Demonstration Trailer, providing a practical showcase of its capabilities and real-world application.

PRG Scotland
PRG Scotland transforms waste tyres into certified, low-carbon materials for road construction and maintenance. Using our patented CRD process, we produce asphalt additives and renewable fuel oils. Visit the stand to see product samples and learn how its ongoing pothole repair trials are paving the way for broader surface replacement.

NuGreen
NuGreen is a sustainability consultancy working with organisations on practical approaches to reducing costs and carbon emissions, whilst increasing value in materials. The company focuses on areas that are often difficult to address, including Scope 3 emissions, material use, and end of life treatment, with an emphasis on evidence and delivery.

We are exhibiting our Innovate UK funded project, exploring how treated clinical waste could be diverted from incineration and used as a low-carbon aggregate alternative in asphalt and concrete.
