Meet Our Judges
Tim Rowland-Deverell – Head of Local Highways Strategy and Environment at Department for Transport

About the Awards
The awards form part of the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival 2026, taking place at NAEC Stoneleigh from 24-25 June. The event brings together industry leaders, local authorities, and innovators for a relaxed and celebratory evening recognising the next generation of talent.
The shortlist will be announced in May with the winners revealed on 24 June 2026 at the DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards.
