The LCRIG Innovation and Learning Festival returns to the NAEC Stoneleigh on 24-25 June 2026.

To secure your place, please complete and submit the form below to book your sponsorship and exhibitor packages or private sector individual delegate places for the 2026 Festival.

Festival Partner

Festival Partner Sponsorship Package includes:

  • Space to display branding at the entrance to Innovation Festival and around the exhibition hall inside and outside exhibition space
  • Space to display branding at the indoor Technical Learning Theatre
  • Space to display branding at the outdoor Networking Tent
  • Opportunity to distribute literature throughout the theatre
  • Sponsorship of lanyards
  • Branding on daytime catering vouchers
  • Opportunity for one live demonstration session with exclusive use of the demonstration area (subject to approval of demonstration proposal)
  • Sponsorship of a DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Award including company logo on the certificate and inclusion within the presentation ceremony and photographs
