Luton Borough Council, in collaboration with Gaist, is hosting a regional event for highways and asset management professionals at IWM Duxford on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
The day will bring together local authorities and industry partners to explore how data, innovation and collaboration are transforming the way road networks are managed.
The event will showcase how Luton has used Gaist data to ringfence and maximise funding, strengthen decision-making and deliver measurable network improvements.
Sessions will also feature insight from Gaist and Symology on advanced data integrations and reinstatement monitoring, alongside open discussions on how authorities can make better use of the intelligence already at their fingertips across multiple departments.
With networking opportunities, shared best practice and a guided tour of IWM Duxford, this free one-day event offers an inspiring setting to learn, connect and collaborate.
