It is important to us to ensure our events are accessible to the whole highways community. We do this by offering fully funded places for public sector delegates. Fully funded places include accommodation, transport to and from the hotel to the venue, catering and refreshments. This is funded by revenue generated through sponsorship and exhibitor sales.
In 2025 the event attracted more than 800 delegates over the two days including 90 different highway authorities from across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as the Department for Transport (DfT), academia, industry associations, the supply chain and media.
