We’re thrilled to announce that Oli France – adventurer, expedition leader, and expert in resilience under pressure – will be joining us as the keynote speaker at the 2025 LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival.
Over the past 15 years, Oli has led teams through some of the world’s most extreme and unpredictable environments – from conflict zones to remote mountain ranges – gaining hard-earned insights into leadership, adaptability, and performing under pressure. As a speaker, he explores how we can lead elite teams with purpose and vision, unlock true self-confidence, develop unshakable resilience, and shift our perspective on what we think is possible.
Taking to the stage at 6pm on Wednesday 2 July, Oli will open this year’s Apprentice Awards with a keynote that will inspire delegates through powerful stories of human resilience, high-performance teamwork, and navigating uncertainty – qualities that deeply connect with those shaping the future of transport and infrastructure.
“At the heart of every successful expedition lies clear communication, trust, and the ability to keep moving forward – even when the path gets tough. These same principles apply whether you’re on a remote mountainside or solving complex challenges in transport and infrastructure,” says Oli France.
