LCRIG Extends Professional Development Partnership with IHE

Investing in skills and professional growth is essential to ensuring the continued development of the highways sector. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce the renewal of our Professional Development Partnership (PDP) with the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE), reinforcing our shared commitment to professional development and knowledge-sharing.

Since establishing the partnership in July 2022, LCRIG and IHE have collaborated on various initiatives, including mutual promotion, event participation, and industry engagement. The PDP continues to serve as a platform for strengthening collaboration between the IHE and its partners.

LCRIG Chief Executive Paula Claytonsmith said:

“We are delighted to formally renew our partnership with IHE and look forward to further strengthening our collaboration. The PDP enables us to continue creating opportunities for knowledge-sharing and professional development within the highways community.”

IHE Chief Executive Lyle Andrew added:

“It’s great news that we renew our PDP agreement with LCRIG. The partnership sees ongoing mutual benefits for both organisations including the sharing of reports and publications as well as the promotion of industry training and general upskilling of engineers and others active in the field of highways and transportation.”

This renewed agreement highlights our shared vision of supporting practitioners, enhancing skills, and driving innovation in the highways and transport technology sector. We encourage industry professionals to take advantage of the opportunities this partnership provides.
