This week, we are delighted to welcome three new members to our growing LCRIG community. Joining us as Council Members are Dumfries and Galloway Council and North Lincolnshire Council. We are also pleased to welcome Forbes Solicitors as our newest Corporate member. With these additions, our membership now proudly stands at 373 members.
About our New Members
Stuart Caven, Operations Manager Roads at Dumfries and Galloway Council, shared his enthusiasm about joining the LCRIG community:
“Dumfries and Galloway Council’s Roads Service are delighted to be accepted as a member of LCRIG. As a Council, and in particular as a Road Service, we look forward to working with other members as we strive to improve the Road Networks both locally and nationally by sharing good practice, knowledge and by trialling/embracing innovative ideas for delivering road maintenance.”
Mike Simpson, Highways Asset & Development Manager at North Lincolnshire Council, also expressed his delight in becoming part of the LCRIG community:
“North Lincolnshire Council are pleased to be joining LCRIG as a new member and welcome the opportunity to participate, collaborate, and knowledge share with other local authorities and the wider highways industry within the LCRIG network.”

As a growing community of over 350 members consisting of government, local authorities, national organisations, supply chain, academia and associations, LCRIG is actively facilitating positive change and innovation in the highways sector.
