The Roads Academy International Women’s Day Lunch and Learn took place on Wednesday 12th March at 1pm.
The session was sponsored by Elaine Billington, Chief People Officer at National Highways, who highlighted what National Highways is doing to help support equality and inclusion.
Elaine was joined by senior sector leaders and members of the Federated Advisory Board, including:

Engagement opportunities were available during the session, where attendees collectively considered how we can support equality and inclusion as individuals, as a community and as a sector.
