Laura Murphy, Head of Road Network Statistics: Road lengths and Road condition, Road Network Statistics at the Department for Transport, will provide an update on the new roads condition standard, BS 2161, following this year’s public consultation. This is a must-attend session for those looking to stay informed on road condition monitoring.
Transport Technology Forum Update
Darren Capes, ITS Policy Lead and TTF Manager, Traffic and Technology Division at the Department for Transport, will discuss current and upcoming policy development related to transport technology.
Birmingham £130m Integrated Works Programme
Thomas Clarkson-Williams, Highways Asset Manager at Birmingham City Council, will showcase Birmingham’s £130m Integrated Work Programme, focusing on how collaboration, innovation, and decarbonisation have been at the core of its success.
