Now in its third year, our Festival continues to evolve, offering attendees unparalleled opportunities to explore, learn, and engage with the latest advancements in the industry to stay ahead of the curve in highway innovation.
What’s New This Year?
Technical Learning Theatre
An exciting addition to this year’s Festival is our CPD-certified technical training sessions. Our Technical Learning Theatre will serve as a dynamic space for interactive and engaging technical training sessions, enabling delegates to develop and enhance their knowledge and stay at the forefront of industry trends whist earning CPD credits. Designed to host a programme of CPD certified technical training sessions, our immersive learning environment will enable delegates to develop and enhance their knowledge around the latest advancements and industry best practice.
Innovation Think Pavilion

Step outside to our Innovation Think Pavilion. New for 2024, this space gives the opportunity to encourage “thought” conversations. No big stage, just an intimate discussion space where almost any conversation goes! This is an opportunity to hear from key Industry players, and to share your insights through the interactive debates and panels taking place across the two days. Join the conversations in the Innovation Think Pavilion as we spark ideas and explore cutting-edge solutions.
About the Festival
Now in it’s third year, the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival showcases products, solutions, new innovations and techniques from across the highways sector.
The event, which will take place from 02-03 July at Stoneleigh NAEC, Leicestershire, provides you with the opportunity to network with industry peers, explore indoor and outdoor exhibitions showcasing the latest advancements in the highways and transportation sector, and immerse yourself in a learning environment featuring speakers and conversations that are shaping the future of the industry.
Call for CPD-accredited Technical Training Sessions

Sessions will be 15 minutes in duration, including 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Applications to present at technical training sessions are to be submitted by Tues 30th April for consideration by our Infrastructure Innovation Board. You can apply here.
Getting the Right Balance
Ensuring accessibility for public sector delegates and fostering meaningful engagement between public and private sector sits at the heart of what we do. To achieve this, we offer fully funded places for public sector delegates, covering accommodation, transport to and from the hotel to the venue, catering and refreshments. This initiative is made possible through the revenue generated from sponsorship and exhibitor sales.
Additionally, we support public sector professions by CPD-accrediting our events, further facilitating their attendance.
Beyond this, we strike the right balance of representation from across the sector by limiting delegate capacity and getting the right ratio of public and private sector delegates, enhancing the quality of interaction and enriching the overall event experience for all attendees.
