At LCRIG we are continually striving to improve our service to our members and event attendees. So today, I’m pleased to be able to announce the launch of our new website, membership system and LCRIG Community App!
At the end of last year, we spent a lot of time reviewing and updating our processes and systems; learning from our events and member feedback. We are now introducing new ways in which we can provide an enhanced customer experience for our members and event attendees, whilst at the same time driving efficiencies and reducing our carbon footprint.
Today, LCRIG members will receive an email with an invitation to access the new online membership system. This will enable us to strengthen our communications with you, and improve your access to member benefits. You will have the ability to register for events, tailor your subscriptions, and manage your membership, all through one system, whether you prefer to do that online or through the LCRIG Community mobile app.
I’m very excited to also announce that we have opened bookings for our flagship events, Innovation & Learning Festival and Strictly Highways. Bookings are exclusively open to LCRIG members through our new online system, prior to going on general release in March.
This year there will be some exciting changes and new introductions to the newly named Innovation & Learning Festival. The new venue at NAEC Stoneleigh, provides us with an improved layout, which supports the connection and flow between the inside and outside exhibition spaces. There will also be the introduction of CPD accredited Technical Training Sessions, as well as some new live demonstrations. Our 2024 events are shaping up to be our best yet and a must attend for our members.
We’ll be sharing more information in the coming weeks about the Innovation & Learning Festival technical training sessions and live demonstrations.
