Dwayne Lowe – Deputy Director of Place at Bolton Council

Dwayne is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) and Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE). Leading the Highways and Planning authorities responsibilities and supporting development and regeneration activity across Bolton and to work regionally delivering the Councils ambitions.
