The LCRIG Innovation and Learning Festival 2025 was the biggest and best yet.
Held at Stoneleigh Park in Kenilworth, this year’s event was packed with energy, ideas, and meaningful connections. From live demonstrations and CPD-certified training to vibrant exhibition spaces and the first-ever DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards – the Festival truly brought the sector together.

Live Demonstrations
Innovation in action. Our outdoor area saw everything from world-firsts to tried-and-tested tech, all designed to solve real-world challenges in highways and transport.
Technical Training Theatre
Packed sessions, expert speakers, and CPD-certified content. The theatre proved just how strong the appetite is for ongoing learning across our sector.
Indoor Exhibition
A buzzing space filled with product showcases, future-focused solutions, and great conversations — including our dedicated Start-Up Zone, which shone a spotlight on emerging innovators.
Outdoor Exhibition
The outdoor zone gave delegates the chance to get up close with kit, equipment, and new technologies.
Innovation Think Pavilion
The Pavilion was a hub of thought leadership, collaborative discussions, and forward-thinking solutions.
Apprentice Sessions
A real highlight of this year’s Festival. From team-building activities to expert Q&As, the dedicated apprentice sessions gave attendees the chance to connect, learn, and be inspired.
DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards
A proud moment for the sector. Our very first awards evening dedicated to apprentices – celebrating talent, passion, and the future of highways.
