Cornwall Council has chosen Polaris Software’s end-to-end highways licensing solution, StarGo, to streamline the application, payment, and approval processes for the council’s skip, scaffolding, and crossover licence applications.
StarGo, streamlines Cornwall’s highway licensing application process via:
- Seamless online applications – Residents and businesses can apply, pay, and track their skip licences through a single, user-friendly portal.
- Fast approvals – Council staff can review and approve applications at the click of a button via the back-office management portal.
- Automatic integration – Application details are automatically uploaded to the DfT Street Manager system, ensuring smooth data transfer and compliance.
