Essency are pleased to confirm the date of their next AM Fundamentals Training Course.
This will take place over four weeks with two 2-hour session each week on a Tuesday and Thursday. The first session will take place on Tuesday 28th April 2025 and the final session on Thursday 22nd May 2025. It will be presented via Teams
The total cost, per candidate, for the eight sessions will be £1,600.
The AM Fundamental Training Course is targeted at those working within the respective road service with low to medium level experience in applying asset management principles and practices.
This would typically include:
• Highway engineers and technicians
• Transport planners and planning technicians
• Highway maintenance team members
• Highway programme and project managers
• Other roles involved in managing and maintaining highway and transport assets.
This course will cover the principles, concepts, components, techniques and benefits of managing road and transportation assets. The contents will be based on international, national and local government practitioner handbooks as well as the hands-on experience of the course instructors. It will teach the most relevant best practices as they relate to strategic asset management, tactical asset management planning and operational asset management & service delivery.
