Held at the iconic Winter Gardens in Blackpool, Strictly Highways 2024 attracted a record-breaking audience. This year, we welcomed over 469 delegates from both the public and private sectors, with more than 70 local authorities represented. The event brought together delegates to engage in insightful discussions and exchange valuable experiences, encouraging collaboration across the sector.
A Three-Day Event
The event kicked off in style with an afternoon tea, followed by an evening of networking on the first day. Day two featured a packed conference agenda, an exhibition showcasing some of the latest industry advancements, and culminated in the glittering DfT Special Recognition Awards celebrating the sector’s achievements. The third day continued with more engaging sessions, filled with expert insights and forward-thinking discussions.
Strictly Highways 2024 served as a unique platform to showcase the latest innovations, technologies, and best practices in the highways and transport sector. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear important updates from the Department for Transport (DfT), exchange ideas, and explore what the future holds for transportation in the UK.
