Following the launch of the Climate-Ready Networks – From Recovery to Resilience Hackathon Sprint at the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival 2026, we are delighted to announce that Multevo is the official sponsor of this exciting new collaborative initiative.
Taking place on Thursday 25 June at NAEC Stoneleigh, the CPD certified Hackathon Sprint will bring together local authorities, supply chain partners, consultants, technology providers and industry stakeholders to tackle one of the sector’s most pressing challenges: improving the resilience of local road networks in the face of increasingly frequent and severe weather events.
As local highways authorities continue to face the cycle of damage, react, recover and repeat, the Hackathon Sprint has been designed to move beyond discussion and focus on practical solutions, innovation, collaboration and long-term resilience planning.
Commenting on the partnership, Aimee Dewse, Marketing Manager at Multevo, said:
“We’re excited to be the sponsor of the first Hackathon Sprint. The topic – Climate-Ready Networks – From Recovery to Resilience – is one we keep hearing about more and more, and we believe bringing the industry together to tackle challenges and outline solutions is a great initiative, allowing everyone to share their firsthand experience.
“As a multi-faceted organisation, we believe we have some fantastic innovations and solutions that can support these industry problems making us well aligned to be a part of the Hackathon.”
Kerry Winstanley, Managing Director at LCRIG, commented:
“We’re delighted to welcome Multevo as the sponsor of our first Hackathon Sprint. Multevo is a long-standing supporter of LCRIG and shares our commitment to innovation and collaboration.
“Building climate-resilient local road networks is a challenge facing every local highways authority, and the Hackathon Sprint provides a unique opportunity for the sector to come together, share expertise, challenge conventional thinking and develop practical solutions that can make a real difference.
“We look forward to working with Multevo and all participants to help move our networks from recovery to resilience.”
We would like to thank Multevo for their support and look forward to engaging with delegates and sharing insights on strengthening local road networks.
