The QMS solution is an enhancement, building on the proven performance of its existing MMA system to ensure both longevity and compliance.
By integrating advanced profiled technology, the markings deliver unparalleled visibility in difficult conditions and an audible and tactile driver warning which is a critical safety feature.
Crucially, the core MMA system is recognised for its durability. Building the profiling into this robust material ensures the marking retains its performance and shape over an extended service life. This focus on longevity is key to reducing the frequency of maintenance intervention, thereby optimising whole-life costs for the authority.
At Highways UK, the retro reflectivity advantages of the solutions, including ColdMark™ and EcoRib™, were demonstrated using live surveying systems, allowing specifiers to see the measurable safety improvements firsthand.
