More than 200 local authority highway engineers from across the UK are set to join the Asphalt Industry Alliance’s free online webinar which is taking place from 10am until 1pm on Thursday 13 November 2025.
Programme highlights include:
- Asset management in the time of climate change
- Improving durability: conversations with Alan Ferguson (Transport Scotland), Neil Bromham (Welsh Government) and Paul Edwards (National Highways)
- Panel discussion on improving the quality of utility reinstatements
The annual Sharing Best Practice event continues to be an important part of the AIA’s activity and provides an opportunity for local authority highway engineers to ask questions and share knowledge and learnings on the maintenance and future of our local road network.
