We’re inviting Local Authorities and Suppliers to take centre stage at Strictly Highways 2025, taking place from 30 September to 2 October at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool. This is your chance to showcase innovation, share impactful projects, and contribute to vital sector-wide conversations alongside industry leaders, government representatives, and the wider highways community.
We welcome presentations co-delivered by local authorities and suppliers, highlighting how collaboration is delivering real-world impact. Please note: All speaker applications must be submitted by the lead local authority.
Event Highlights:
- Main Conference: 1–2 October – Featuring engaging talks, sector-leading discussions, a large industry exhibition, and extensive networking.
- Networking Evening: 30 September at the Boulevard Hotel
- DfT Special Recognition Awards: 1 October at the Winter Gardens

Who Can Apply?
Local Authorities: You’re welcome to deliver your presentation in collaboration with supply chain partners, however only local authorities can submit applications.
Suppliers: We encourage suppliers to connect with their local authority partners and discuss potential joint presentations.
