Just Two Pods Remaining on the UK Pavilion at ITS European Congress

With just weeks to go until the ITS European Congress in Seville (19–21 May), the UK Pavilion is almost at full capacity – and only two exhibition pods remain.

Organised by LCRIG on behalf of the Transport Technology Forum (TTF) and supported by the Department for Transport (DfT), Innovate UK, and ITS UK, the UK Pavilion offers SMEs a unique, cost-effective opportunity to showcase their innovations on an international stage.

So far, an impressive cohort of businesses have signed up to exhibit:

  • WJ North Ltd
  • AECOM
  • AGD Systems Ltd
  • Agilysis Limited
  • ANGOKA
  • Immense
  • Nicander
  • NOW Wireless
  • Teragence

As well as an individual pod space, these SMEs will enjoy high-profile branding, inclusion in marketing material and on-stand videos, as well as exhibition passes, and invitations to any delegation receptions and introductions to the Department of Business and Trade team in Spain.

 A Platform for International Growth
This isn’t just about visibility at Europe’s leading Intelligent Transport Systems event – which attracts over 5,000 visitors and 100+ exhibitors – it’s about opening doors internationally and building long-term success.

After successful UK Pavilions in Lisbon and Dubai, this is a proven model for UK transport tech businesses to gain visibility, credibility, and international connections.

Feedback from exhibitors at last year’s ITS World Congress in Dubai reinforces the Pavilion’s value – 100% said they were likely to recommend attending future events as part of the UK Pavilion.

“It was great to see what’s happening in ITS projects around the world. The UK Pavilion was excellent (as always), and the team did an amazing job before and during the event to ensure we all had what we needed and felt supported.” David, Starling Technologies

“The stand was fantastic, all organised events attracted large crowds and the assistance offered by LCRIG representatives was second to none.” Kieran Corbally, AGD Systems

Participants will not only get to promote themselves, but also get to experience leading smart mobility solutions and take part in the conference, giving them an opportunity to learn about the latest ITS technologies and implementations.

And it’s not just Dubai. The UK Pavilion’s international value was also felt at the ITS World Congress in Los Angeles, as highlighted by past exhibitor Westcotec:

“This springboarded our internationalisation efforts… which I truly don’t believe would be as far forward if we weren’t present at this event.” Olly Samways, Westcotec Ltd

Reflecting on the Pavilion’s growing success, LCRIG CEO Paula Claytonsmith said: “After hosting successful pavilions at the ITS European Congress in Lisbon two years ago, and at last year’s ITS World Congress in Dubai, we know how much SMEs value their participation,” said LCRIG CEO, Paula Claytonsmith.

“As well making connections and networking with peers from across the world, finding potential business partners and meeting industry experts, they benefit from a lot of publicity through LCRIG and the TTF, and our media partners.”

Secure Your Spot

The event takes place at the Seville Congress Centre from 19-21 May. With only two pods left, we’re urging any SMEs who are considering this opportunity to act now and secure their space before it’s too late.
