Unprecedented Response to LCRIG’s 2025 Flagship Events!

We are thrilled to share the phenomenal response to the launch of LCRIG’s two flagship events for 2025 – the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival and Strictly Highways. In less than a week, we have seen incredible demand for exhibition spaces, and the two main sponsorship packages for the Innovation & Learning Festival have already been snapped up!

We are delighted to announce Multevo as our Festival Partner and WJ as the proud sponsor for the DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards & Evening Networking, an exciting new addition to the Innovation & Learning Festival in 2025, celebrating talent and growth across the sector. Multevo and WJ’s support, along with that of our exhibitors, is vital in making these events possible and enabling fully funded places for public sector attendees.

Aimee Dewse, Marketing Manager at Multevo shared her excitement:

“We’re delighted to be the Innovation & Learning Festival Partner for 2025. Next year is set to be really exciting for us as we will be launching some forward-thinking innovations that will play a key part in meeting carbon reduction objectives in highways repairs. We’re keeping our cards close to our chests until the big launch next year, but local authority visitors will have the opportunity to see the equipment in action for the first time at the event.

Reflecting on Multevo’s long-standing support of the festival over the years, Aimee added:

“We have been attending the event since it first launched in 2022 where we launched the Hydrovo and demonstrated its multi-purpose capabilities, winning the Innovation Festival Award for Fleet & Equipment. It’s an important date in our calendar and we love the relaxed atmosphere the event provides, allowing us to form core relationships with those in the industry. LCRIG as a whole have been there with us throughout our growth journey, and we know we can always turn to their friendly team for support. We love being a part of their community and are looking forward to next year’s events!”

Rob Elsby, Marketing Manager at WJ Group shared their pride at sponsoring the DfT Special Recognition Apprentice Awards & Evening Networking:

“We are proud to sponsor the Apprentice Awards because it is vital to celebrate the incredible young talent entering our industry and to acknowledge the contributions they make. These awards highlight the future leaders of our sector and reinforce the importance of investing in the next generation. Additionally, the Evening Networking event provides a relaxed and enjoyable setting where we can exchange ideas and explore new solutions that enhance the public’s experience of the network as well as improving the way we operate as an industry.

Reflecting on WJ’s continued support of the festival, Rob added:

“The Innovation and Learning Festival has been a highlight for us in recent years. It serves as a great platform where local authorities and the industry come together to demonstrate and discuss the latest innovations and solutions.

“The festival is a great opportunity to collaborate and accelerate the adoption of new technologies, and drive progress within our sector, improving safety, efficiency, and overall network performance. Over the years, we’ve demonstrated innovations such as the ThermoPrint and Autonomous PreMarker, while also discussing other new solutions and ideas that we have implemented with our local authority and industry partners.”

Susanne Ingham, Relationship Director at LCRIG, shared her excitement for the upcoming events:

“The response to our 2025 events has been overwhelming, with such positive feedback and great conversations already underway. It’s inspiring to see the enthusiasm from those keen to participate in showcasing and advancing innovation in our sector. We are incredibly excited for what next year holds, and these events are shaping up to be our best yet!”
