As the dust settles on this year’s LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival, we’re excited to share some key insights from our recent post-event surveys, which captured feedback from both exhibitors and delegates. We’re thrilled to announce that 95% of public sector delegates and 91% of exhibitors said they are likely to attend or exhibit at future LCRIG events. These impressive figures highlight the strong engagement and satisfaction that this year’s event achieved.
With this year’s event hosted at a new venue and a strong focus on innovation and learning, the feedback is invaluable in highlighting the event’s strengths and areas for future growth.
High Satisfaction and Positive Feedback
Overall satisfaction with the event was remarkably high across the board, with respondents giving it an average rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars, reflecting the value they found in participating.
Feedback on the New Venue
We’re happy to announce that the new venue received extremely positive reviews, with 84% of respondents expressing their satisfaction with our new location. This indicates that the venue was well-suited for the festival’s needs and created an ideal environment for learning and networking.
Quality Networking Opportunities and Visitor Engagement
Networking is at the heart of the Innovation & Learning Festival, and this year was no exception, with 86% of respondents reporting that they were very satisfied or satisfied with the networking opportunities provided. This positive feedback was reflected by the attendees, with 91% expressing their satisfaction with the quality of exhibitors.
Learning Opportunities: A Core Focus
The Innovation & Learning Festival truly lived up to its name, with a variety of sessions and demonstrations. Our all-new CPD Technical Training sessions, delivered by industry experts who shared research, innovative technologies, and practical insights through informative and engaging presentations were particularly well-received, with 85% of respondents reporting that they were very satisfied or satisfied. It was also great to hear that attendees felt the live demos were insightful with 20% requesting even more live demos next year.
Strong Business Outcomes
One of the primary reasons for exhibiting is the potential to generate new leads and business opportunities, and this year’s event did not disappoint. A significant 69% of exhibitors reported they have already generated leads or orders as a result of their participation, demonstrating the festival’s effectiveness as a platform for business growth.
