The Live Labs Programme Team at Liverpool City Council are reaching out to the highways community to participate in a survey, aimed at gathering insights into the current materials recycling approaches employed in highway construction/maintenance/repairs within Liverpool city region and surrounding areas.
In this survey, they seek input from a diverse range of stakeholders involved in highways construction and utilities across the Liverpool City Region and surrounding areas, including contractors, highways professionals, utility contractors, planning authorities, local planning teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

The purpose of this survey is to support Liverpool City Council’s Live Labs 2 programme, which is funded by the Department for Transport (DfT) and ADEPT.
Live Labs 2 is a UK-wide £30 million programme funded by the Department for Transport, which aims to decarbonise the local highway network and includes various projects led by local authorities, commercial partners, and academic institutions.
