Following the launch of NY Highways earlier this month, the company, which is wholly owned by North Yorkshire County Council, has joined the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG) as a council member.
Ross Bullerwell, Managing Director at NY Highways commented: “Alongside North Yorkshire County Council, NY Highways are proud to be members of LCRIG – the biggest organisation of its type in the country. We look forward to participating in framework activity, sharing innovations, learning from best practice and working with the wide variety of LCRIG members. It’s an exciting time for highways in the UK and LCRIG provides a fantastic conduit for us all.”
LCRIG now has over 75 council members and is actively engaging with over 100 local authorities.
