Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer to join our Network Team. Assisting the Network Manager and other Council departments, the post holder will take responsibility for the Council’s statutory duties in relation to Traffic Regulation orders and road safety, liaise with legal colleagues and manage the Traffic Regulation Order process. Other duties include responding to 3rd party complaints, liaising with neighbouring authorities on events, managing requests for service and be responsible for the maintenance of the Borough’s traffic signs and lines.
