The LCRIG Innovation Festival 2023 saw more than 600 delegates including 80 different highway authorities in attendance from across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as the Department for Transport (DfT), academia, industry associations, the supply chain and media.

Private Sector Delegate Places
1. Cancellations received by no later than two calendar months before the commencement of the event will receive a refund less an administrative charge of £75 + VAT.
2. Cancellations received by no later than one calendar month before the commencement of the event will receive a 50% refund less an administrative charge of £75 + VAT.
3. Cancellations received less than one calendar month before the event will not be refunded.
Exhibitor Places
1.Cancellations received by no later than two calendar months before the commencement of the event will receive a refund less an administrative charge of £250 + VAT.
2. Cancellations received by no later than one calendar month before the commencement of the event will receive a 50% refund less an administrative charge of £250 + VAT.
3. Cancellations received less than one calendar month before the event will not be refunded.
