LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival

Now in its third year, the LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival showcases products, solutions, new innovations and techniques from across the highways sector.

Our event features indoor and outdoor exhibitions plus a range of live demonstration sessions.

Local authorities are invited to find out about new innovations from the supply chain that can help to meet their current and future challenges.

The Festival also includes a programme of CPD certified technical training sessions, designed to support delegates on their learning journey.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we are committed to giving back to the highways community. Fully funded places, including accommodation, are available for LCRIG local authority members.

The LCRIG Innovation Festival 2023 saw more than 600 delegates including 80 different highway authorities in attendance from across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as the Department for Transport (DfT), academia, industry associations, the supply chain and media.

Indoor stand space allocation

Private Sector Delegate Places

1. Cancellations received by no later than two calendar months before the commencement of the event will receive a refund less an administrative charge of £75 + VAT.
2. Cancellations received by no later than one calendar month before the commencement of the event will receive a 50% refund less an administrative charge of £75 + VAT.
3. Cancellations received less than one calendar month before the event will not be refunded.

Exhibitor Places

1.Cancellations received by no later than two calendar months before the commencement of the event will receive a refund less an administrative charge of £250 + VAT.
2. Cancellations received by no later than one calendar month before the commencement of the event will receive a 50% refund less an administrative charge of £250 + VAT.
3. Cancellations received less than one calendar month before the event will not be refunded.
