We invite our sponsors and exhibitors to showcase their expertise by submitting requests to present in our Technical Learning Theatre. Share your insights, showcase your innovations and connect with a local authority audience of professionals eager to learn and grow.

Guidance

If you are a supplier or manufacturer please be aware that overtly sales related presentations will not make it onto the programme. We would also welcome joint presentations from suppliers and local authorities.

Applications do not need to be long however; it is important to demonstrate the learning objectives and key takeaways of your technical presentation. If you require guidance and support, please contact us.

Application Deadline – 27 February 2026

If you would like to be considered to present a technical presentation, please ensure you submit your application by no later than 27th February 2026.

Your submission will be reviewed by the LCRIG Infrastructure Innovation Board and you will be notified of the outcome before the end of March 2026.
