Geoplace is inviting Asset Owners to sign up and share feedback on the National Underground Asset Register – Tranche 1 Regulations.
Since the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 gained Royal Assent, there has been significant interest in how these measures will be implemented. Help shape NUAR’s direction by sharing your views on requirements for secondary legislation through the Government Digital Service’s consultation.
The consultation is open until 11:59pm on 15 October 2025.
The proposed regulations will establish NUAR as a statutory register and ensure comprehensive, timely, and secure data sharing across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
