What’s in Store?
The agenda for this year’s event will focus on four main themes:
- Collaboration – Councils and partners working together
- Innovation – What’s new, what’s in development, and how does innovation become reality.
- Skills – Practical examples of skills development across various age groups
- Adaptation and Decarbonisation – Sharing ideas and practical insights
We are inviting local authorities to apply for a speaking slot at this year’s conference. Presentations may be delivered in collaboration with a supply chain member; however, the speaking slot request must be submitted by the lead local authority. The closing date for applications is 03 September at 17:00. Apply here.

The event is CPD certified, allowing you to claim CPD hours for attending.
Exhibition
Our large exhibition space and long intervals between conference sessions provide ample time to network and visit more than 50 exhibition stands.
DfT Special Recognition Awards Ceremony
The DfT Special Recognition Awards are part of Strictly Highways and will take place on the evening of 02 October in the Ballroom at Winter Gardens. The prestigious awards recognise and celebrate organisations and individuals who have gone the extra mile to deliver change in the highways and transport technology sector. Find out more here.
Fully Funded Places for Public Sector Delegates
Fully funded places are available for public sector representatives. These include access to the Networking Event, two-day Conference, and DfT Special Recognition Awards Ceremony, along with accommodation, transport to and from the hotel to the venue, catering, and refreshments.
