The Roads Academy Delivery Team are excited to invite you to an insightful Lunch & Learn session targeting ‘Unconscious Bias’, scheduled for Thursday 27th June from 12pm to 1pm. This session is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the subtle biases which influence our everyday interactions and decisions.
Roads Academy Leader, David O’Neil (National Highways), will open the session and share his perspective on the topic in the context of leadership, and guest speaker, Dwight Lawrence (EYLane4) will then lead an engaging and interactive discussion. You’ll gain practical knowledge on identifying and addressing unconscious biases which helps contribute to a more inclusive and fair work environment.
