WJ Group has acquired Bellstan – a long-standing road marking company based in Berkshire.
The official acquisition announcement was made on 2 June 2021 and follows the December introduction of investment partner THI. WJ has wasted no time in putting their ambitious strategic plan into action, with Bellstan being the first acquisition since the THI partnership began.

Bellstan Managing Director Julian Zaremba commented: “As Bellstan celebrates 52 years as a road marking company, I can’t think of a safer pair of hands than WJ, to take it forward for the next 52!”
In the short term, Bellstan will continue to trade as it has previously but will fully integrate its business into WJ Group by the end of the year.
