Connected Kerb will be installing 34 electric vehicle charging points on behalf of Medway Council.
Transportandenergy.com reports that the company will be carrying out the works which are due to begin in three car parks at the end of June and are expected to be completed later this year.
The council are also working with Cenex to develop an Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) Strategy for Medway.
The 34 electric vehicle charging points are due to be installed in three council owned car parks later this month.
The charging points will be the first to be installed in public car parks in Medway and there are plans to install more in other car parks in the future.
