The Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG) was announced as the winner of the Team of the Year category at the Highways Awards in London last night (11 October).
The prestigious award recognises a team of employees who have undertaken exceptional work within the public or private sector to improve/sustain the outputs or efforts of their organisation, over and above their general working activities.
Other shortlisted organisations included Agilysis, AmeyArup, Pinsent Masons, National Highways, Taylor Woodrow, Fluor, Jacobs, WSP, Balfour Beatty, BAM/Morgan Sindall Joint Venture and Costain.
