LCRIG welcomes two new Associate Members

The Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG) is delighted to welcome BOMAG GB Ltd and JENOPTIK UK Ltd as Associate Members.

 

BOMAG GB Ltd supplies machines, after-sales support and end-user finance to a wide variety of end users and the rental sector.

When commenting on their membership, Stuart Truckel, Managing Director said: “To be part of a community who aspire to the same goals as BOMAG who’s headline statement is “delivering better roads”. These improvements being driven through carbon reduction and the use of technology to help achieve this”

 

JENOPTIK UK Ltd is a a globally operating technology group whose business is primarily based on photonic and optical technologies.

John Piper, Sales & Marketing Director said: “With Jenoptik’s many years of delivering road safety schemes to council roads proven, we are positive our membership to LCRIG will give us the opportunity share our knowledge, learn from others, network, and collaborate. This helps us to provide continued innovation and tangible improvements to local councils through the solutions that are developed.”

 

 

LCRIG provides Members with a unique platform to engage with councils, the DfT and the wider highways community.

By joining LCRIG you will connect with a community of like-minded councils, organisations and individuals, all of whom are driving change through innovation and technological advances across the local roads network.

LCRIG has four membership types:

Local highway authorities and ‘Teckal’ organisations.

Organisations providing products or services to the highways sector.

Government and professional bodies, associations, working/research groups.

Universities and academic research organisations.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), accredited to ISO44001, the international standard for collaboration, LCRIG’s purpose is to ‘give back to the community’ and we are not for profit.
