LCRIG announces new members

Three new associate members have joined LCRIG this week – with Aggregate Industries, CB Surveys Ltd and Roadmender Asphalt all signing up.

We have also had a new council member join with Warrington Borough Council joining the organisation.

LCRIG’s mission is to facilitate fresh thinking in innovation and collaboration and to act as a conduit between the ‘highways community’ consisting of politicians, councils, council groups, the supply chain (including utilities), associations, academia, key organisations and the media.

There are many benefits to becoming a member of LCRIG. For example, we provide each associate member with the opportunity to create a profile page on the LCRIG website. This allows them to share news, vacancies, videos, case studies and key information about their people and organisation. This service also allows associate members to view key information about council members and others in the restricted members area.

Benefits of being a council member include being invited to meet and consult with the Department for Transport at LCRIG meetings (whenever possible).

Council representatives are also invited to attend regional CPD accredited Technical Training Days organised in conjunction with specialist associations and the supply chain.

For more information on our different member types and the benefits of becoming a member visit the LCRIG website.
