Last week’s inaugural Innovation Festival demonstrated the importance of bringing together local authorities, central government, the supply chain, associations and academia.
The festival received an overwhelmingly positive response from those that attended, with some hailing it as ‘the best event they have attended’.
The event took place at Newark Showground on 06 – 07 July and was established to ‘make the case for innovation’.
Here we recap the event, not in our words, but those of the attendees:
“Can I thank you all for what was a fantastic couple of days at this event. A great opportunity to explore and learn more about what is going on ‘out there’ as well as network with like minded professionals and all superbly well organised! Well done to all.
The future of the industry needs more of it.”
