Discussion on digital challenges facing councils available to watch on demand

LCRIG’s webinar entitled ‘Digital revolution without casualties’ is now available to watch on demand. 

First aired on 20 April, LCRIG content director Alec Peachey chaired the event which featured the following panellists:

  • Brian Fitzpatrick – owner of Fitzpatrick Advisory 
  • Isabel Dedring, Global Transport Lead for Arup, former Deputy Mayor for London (Transport)  
  • Matt Coleman, Head of Data Policy at the Department for Transport 
  • Martin Duffy, CEO of LCRIG. 

The Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG) partnered with Fitzpatrick Advisory to deliver the event, which covered a number of subject areas including how change will impact traditional highways maintenance approaches; technological advances (including data aggregation and impact of connected vehicles); overcoming cultural challenges; and societal benefits.
