The BBA has launched its annual survey, inviting customers and partners to provide valued feedback.
The survey is used to evaluate performance, review product and service development plans and analyse the progression of what they are doing and the effect on the market.
For the past 2 years, the BBA has taking time to listen; listen to clients, partners and industry, to find ways to become more efficient.
The BBA is assessing ways it can work better, in order to improve the way it serves clients and industry and is pleased to offer another opportunity to feed into that process, through the 2021 Stakeholder Experience Survey.
